Antenna, Line & Microwave Backhaul Services

Our capabilities include antenna and radio installations, microwave backhaul installation, alignment, and optimization, licensed and unlicensed microwave dish installation, path alignment, testing, and performance validation, line, antenna, and microwave sweep testing, coaxial, fiber, and hybrid cabling installation, ice bridge installation and cable management, and grounding and bonding in accordance with industry and regulatory standards. Tower Construction & Modifications

We deliver turnkey greenfield and raw land tower development — including site development, civil coordination, foundations, and vertical construction. Our teams build new monopoles, self-supporting towers, and guyed towers, and we perform tower extensions and height increases, structural upgrades, reinforcements, and modifications, foundation construction and civil work coordination, and equipment platform, mount, and structural appurtenance installations. Tower Maintenance & Inspections

Our maintenance and inspection services include preventative and corrective maintenance, TIA-compliant tower inspections in accordance with TIA-222 and applicable standards, structural inspections and condition reporting, lighting system repairs and regulatory compliance, emergency response and storm restoration services, and asset condition assessments and lifecycle planning. Decommissioning & Site Restoration

When a tower asset reaches the end of its useful life or is no longer needed, RFIP manages the full decommissioning and site restoration process — returning the site to its original condition safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all regulatory and environmental requirements.

Our decommissioning services include tower equipment decommissioning and full structure removal, antenna, line, and equipment removal, compound demolition, restoration, and site reclamation, environmental, safety, and regulatory compliance, and utility disconnects and jurisdictional coordination.
